In periods of high heat the Millicent Library may announce closures due to the lack of air conditioning in the building.
In the event of a heat closure:
- All due dates and hold pickup dates will be extended
- All programs and meetings will be cancelled
We will post signs and update our website and social media (Facebook, Instagram) to alert patrons of the closure with as much advance notice as possible.
